Schnitz is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a multi-site operation across the region. You will partner with Franchise Partners and Restaurant Managers to drive performance, uphold standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will regularly travel to restaurants, conduct audits, support current store openings and rollout menus, promotions and systems to ensure consistency.
