Crystalbrook Bailey, part of Crystalbrook Collection, seeks a Head Chef to lead two distinctive dining destinations and oversee hotel catering for conferences and events. You will coach Sous Chefs, develop seasonal menus, and ensure exceptional service with robust cost control.

You will report to the General Manager, manage rosters, ordering and stock across both kitchens, while upholding food safety standards and sustainable practices.
