West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Council Tax Recovery Team Leader to lead a team responsible for maximising Council Tax collection from summons stage onwards, supporting services for residents and communities across West Northamptonshire. The role sits in the Revenues & Benefits Service and offers a part-versatile working arrangement with up to three days of remote work per week.

You will lead the day-to-day operation, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure targets are met
