About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Safer Community Shift Supervisor to lead frontline operations and support the safety, security and wellbeing of the Curtin Kalgoorlie community.

consistent Safer Communities service delivery and reduced operational and reputational risk as key reasons for the change.
The role will oversee an operational shift roster, while working Monday to Friday as a non-shift worker.

- Lead, supervise and support Safer Community Officers during rostered shifts.
- Conduct team briefings and coordinate the appropriate deployment of team members across campus.
