Omni Recruit is partnering with a beloved Sydney restaurant group to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their Darling Square flagship. The role oversees floor operations during peak service and supports the Restaurant Manager.

You'll lead a large front-of-house team, manage rosters, stock, and guest experience, while ensuring food safety and compliance. NSW RSA and First Aid are required; Australian work rights are essential.
