Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our The Glen store in Melbourne to lead the team, elevate the customer experience, and drive sales in a fast-growing optical brand.
As ASM, you will support the Store Manager and Optometrist, own the store two days a week, manage the appointment book, coach staff, and ensure seamless interactions from eye test to frame selection.
