Redpath Australia is seeking a motivated Paste Engineer to join our team at Cowal Gold Operations, focusing on paste fill and backfill systems for safe, effective underground mining.

This hands-on, site-based role involves designing fill plans, monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting issues and aligning with production schedules to optimise backfill performance. The 8/6 FIFO roster supports work–life balance on a world-class gold operation.
