Tyrian Serviced Apartments in Melbourne is seeking a full time reception/night auditor for our Albert Park Lake site. You will manage reservations, handle guest requests, and maintain a high standard of service.

This role involves overnight hours from 11:00pm to 07:00am, five days a week, onsite. You will be responsible for checking guests in/out, processing payments, and creating/updating reservations via phone and email, while delivering excellent guest experiences.
