Nelson Hotel is a family-owned venue in Sydney NSW, with 35+ years of service and recent expansion plans approved by the council. We are seeking a manager who can grow with us as we scale to a bigger operation and lead the bar, bistro and gaming teams.

The role offers a 3-month trial at $75,000, followed by $80,000+ super, with annual and Christmas bonuses and a secure 40–45 hour week. You will have real influence in running the pub and a clear path to Venue Manager as we expand.
