CBH is hiring a Superintendent – Fertiliser Operations to lead day-to-day fertiliser receivals, storage and blending across our sites. You will drive safety culture, coach frontline teams and ensure operations meet plans and quality standards.
Reporting to the Manager – Fertiliser Operations, you will coordinate labour, equipment and contractor requirements while building solid relationships with growers, transport providers and internal stakeholders across WA.
