About the Role

As our Night Auditor, you will:

- Reception Desk Management: Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Night Audit & Reporting: Process the nightly audit and generate reports to ensure accurate financial records.
- Security Monitoring: Assist in monitoring building security to ensure guest safety.
- Operational Support: Aid the day team in operations to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Shift Timing:



Work from 11 PM to 7 AM, accommodating the unique needs of night-time guests.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer Service Focus: A positive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Hotel Experience: Experience in a similar role
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with property management systems like Protel is highly regarded.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational, written, and communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and evenings across a 7-day roster.
