BHP is seeking a proactive safety professional to join the WAIO HSS team, based in Newman on a 12-month fixed term FIFO roster from Perth (5:2/4:3/9:5). You will partner with line leadership to drive safety performance, uplift capability, and embed BOS discipline across a large operating footprint.

The role offers growth opportunities, exposure to a complex workplace, and opportunities to coach frontline teams in risk management and safety improvements.
