Ocho is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its fast-growing cloud security team. This senior role is fully remote across Australia and will handle complex customer escalations to protect cloud and Kubernetes environments.

You'll troubleshoot across AWS/Azure/GCP, Linux, networking, Docker and OpenSearch, document fixes, and contribute to the knowledge base. A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical role and robust communication skills are required.
