Chotto Matte is launching in Sydney and recruiting skilled Sushi Chefs de Partie to build our opening kitchen. You will run your section with precision, delivering signature sushi, sashimi and Nikkei dishes using premium seafood and produce.
As part of the launch team, you will work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chefs to shape the kitchen, mentor junior cooks and uphold cost and quality targets in a rapid-paced, high-energy environment.
