Gusto on the Green, operating at Balgowlah Golf Club, is seeking a motivated, qualified Chef to join our kitchen team. You will handle shift service, lead prep production, input menus, and mentor junior staff in a agile, multi-faceted kitchen environment.

Trade-qualified with relevant commercial kitchen experience and full, unlimited working rights in Australia are required. You will contribute menu ideas, ensure food safety and high sanitation, and support a friendly, collaborative team
