Avani Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. You will support daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and contribute to menu development with the Head Chef.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Cookery, hotel/restaurant experience, and the flexibility to work across all service periods on a rotating roster.
