Are you a 1st or 2nd year landscape apprentice looking to develop your skills, work on exciting projects and learn from an experienced team? At The Scape Co, we specialise in high-end residential landscape construction across Melbourne, creating outdoor spaces that combine quality craftsmanship with great design.
We're looking for a motivated apprentice who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of hard work and wants to become a skilled landscape tradesperson.
About the Role
You'll work alongside our experienced tradespeople and Foremen, learning all aspects of landscape construction while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of premium residential projects. We want someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career in the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with all aspects of landscaping jobs.
- Learning to read and understand landscape plans.
- Operating tools and equipment under supervision.
- Keeping worksites clean, organised and safe.
- Working closely with experienced tradespeople to develop your skills.
- Attending and progressing through your apprenticeship training.
What We're Looking For
- Currently completing a 1st or 2nd year Landscape Construction apprenticeship.
- A genuine interest in landscaping and construction.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable,
punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Pride in your work and attention to detail.
- Driver's licence essential.
- Willingness to take direction and develop new skills.
Previous landscaping experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are what matter most to us.
