About the role...





Are you passionate about Christian education and making a lasting impact in the lives of young people through sport, health and wellbeing? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated K-6 Sport & HPE Teacher to join our team from January 2027.

As our K-6 Sport & HPE Teacher, you will inspire students from Kindergarten to Year 6 to embrace healthy lifestyles, develop fundamental movement skills, and grow in confidence, teamwork and resilience through meaningful Sport and Health & Physical Education experiences.

What we are looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have a current Queensland Teachers Registration.

You will have experience which demonstrates excellent, current classroom teaching techniques and practices that meet diverse needs and learning styles of students and are consistent with relevant curriculum and policies.

You will also have

- The ability to create a culture of learning and achievement through effective planning, student management, resource organisation and engaging learning strategies.
- Exemplary qualified manner, interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Patience and a high degree of understanding and compassion.
- An enthusiastic desire and resolute commitment to actively contribute to the culture and values of the College.
- A willingness to support our Christian mission - as a preference, our ideal candidates will be able to provide a Pastoral Reference.
