Warners Bay Early Learning and Care Centre Inc. is a not for profit Early Childhood Centre managed by a Community Management Committee. Our centre is licensed for 53 children per day aged 0-6 years. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Early Childhood Teacher.
Our Centre has been established in the Warners Bay community for over 30 years. We believe that it takes a village to raise a child. Through a strong partnership with families, we share a vision for supporting children to fulfill their potential and achieve best outcomes through a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
About the Role
We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our team.
Position 1: Monday & Tuesday
Position 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Commencement: ASAP

Essential criteria
- Approved ACECQA qualification
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Child protection qualification
- Ability to advocate for and uphold children's rights
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the NQF
- Ability to build positive partnerships with families, children and educators
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience planning, implementing, and documenting learning programs
