About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Mining Operators across a range of operational roles to support our mining projects and growing workforce.

We have opportunities available for operators with experience across various types of mobile plant and mining equipment. Whether you are a specialist operator or multi-skilled across multiple machines, we want to hear from you!

- Dump Truck Operators

- Excavator Operators

- Dozer Operators

- Grader Operators

- Loader Operators

- Watercart Operators

- Integrated Tool Carriers (ITC) Operators

- Service Truck Operators

- Multi-skilled Mining Operators

Skills and Experience

Mandatory Requirements





- Demonstrated experience working in remote mine-site civil workplace such as bulk earthworks, trenching, pad and platform construction, road formation, slope trimming, embankments, rock breaking and removal, backfilling and compaction support

- RIIMPO320F – Conduct Civil Construction Excavator Operations certification

- White Card (Construction Induction)

- HR Class Driver’s Licence (preferred)

- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

- Immediate availability with the ability to mobilise as required

- Able to work a 2:1 roster, 12 hour days

- Point of hire – From Perth ONLY

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

- Experience operating other plant such as Loaders, Graders, or Rollers

- HR Licence

- High Risk Work Licence

- BHP site induction
