Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Produce profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Process payroll for employees and contractors
- Develop annual budgets and monitor actual performance against budgets
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Monitor outstanding balances and cash flow
- Prepare and lodge tax returns
- Calculate GST, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations
- Support internal and external audits and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
About you
- Relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- At least one year of full time relevant work experience
- Minimum 12 months working with RTO compliance
