At 360HR Solutions, we partner with leading organisations across a range of industries, including manufacturing, engineering, construction, mining, renewable energy and more. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client's team.

The position offers a variety of responsibilities across accounts payable, general administration and reception, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse workload and working as part of a supportive team.

The Role

Working within the administration team, your responsibilities will include:

- Processing supplier invoices and matching purchase orders with goods received documentation.
- Assisting with creditor payment runs and maintaining accurate accounts payable records.
- Reconciling company credit card and fuel card statements.
- Responding to incoming calls,



welcoming visitors and providing general reception support.
- Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
- Assisting with general office administration and supporting the wider team as required.

You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts administration or a similar position.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Positive organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business.
