At Goodman Fielder, we make some of Australia's most loved food brands, and we're looking for an Activation Executive to help bring them to life across Retail and Foodservice channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer, category specialist, shopper marketer or sales professional who loves seeing ideas move from concept to execution and delivers measurable results in market.

From launching innovative in-store activations to building trade programs, managing agency partners and leveraging shopper insights, you'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial outcomes across a portfolio of iconic brands.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the execution of Retail and Foodservice activation strategies
- Bring marketing campaigns to life in store and through trade channels
- Partner with Sales teams to deliver customer-focused initiatives
- Manage end-to-end activation projects,



agency relationships and POS execution
- Turn shopper and market insights into actionable growth opportunities
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend future optimisations
- Develop innovative POS solutions that balance impact, quality and return
- Build robust internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve outstanding results

About You You are naturally curious, highly organised and passionate about bringing brands to life.

You'll Likely Bring

- 3+ years' experience in Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing, Category Management or Sales within FMCG

- Strong project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies
- A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse results and identify opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive approach and hunger to make a genuine impact
