Residency by Dillons, Tin Can Bay is a boutique family run aged care facility located in the heart of Tin Can Bay. We are currently seeking a Permanent Part-time Activities and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team working The successful applicant must be available to work Wednesday & Thursday.

We welcome applicants who have a qualification and/or experience in a similar discipline.

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate III in Allied Health or Individual Support or equivalent/ willing to undertake further education and training.
- Must be available to work Wednesday and Thursday.
- Must be enthusiastic, agile, proactive and take initiative.




- Must be able to set up meaningful and person-centred activities.
- Must be able to present activities for varying level of ability.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience working in a similar role in an Aged Care Facility will be highly regarded but not essential
- Demonstrates genuine desire to care for frail aged people
- Able to effectively communicate in written and oral English
- A current NDIS Clearance (must be willing to obtain if not current)
