Build Tech Supplies is an established supplier of building materials and construction products. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Administration Officer to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies & resolve queries.
- Data entry, record keeping and supporting management & the wider team with general office administration.
- Assist with payroll and financial reporting.
About you
- Previous administration and accounts experience
- Solid organization, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong accounting skills and confidence with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Confident working independently and managing priorities.
- Proactive, reliable and a positive team player.
