Make a difference. /n /n Are you an experienced administration or healthcare leader ready to take the next step in your career? /n /n As our Administration Manager (Senior Patient Services Officer), you'll lead a dedicated Patient Services team and help create a seamless, supportive experience for patients throughout their cancer journey. /n /n Working closely with the Centre Leader and multidisciplinary clinical teams, you'll lead a small administration team, oversee daily operations, support continuous improvement, and help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. /n /n About the Role /n As Senior Patient Services Officer, you will: /n /n

- Lead, coach and develop the Patient Services and Patient Accounts teams

/n

- Manage rostering, workflow and day-to-day operations

/n

- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance development

/n

- Oversee billing, debtor management and informed financial consent processes

/n

- Assist patients with enquiries relating to Medicare, DVA and private health funds

/n

- Build strong relationships with patients, clinicians and key stakeholders

/n

- Partner with the Centre Leader on quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects

/n

- Step into operational duties when required to support the team

- Experience leading and developing teams

/n

- Administration, customer service or healthcare operations experience

/n

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

- Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy workplace

- Experience with medical billing, Medicare,



DVA and private health funds (highly regarded)

- Healthcare or medical administration experience (desirable)
