Full-time Early Childhood Educator – Only About Children Berwick
We're looking for a warm, confident and cooperative Educator to join our team at Only About Children Berwick. You'll support the room's daily rhythm, support intentional teaching, and help create a nurturing, play‑based environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.
About Our Berwick Campus
There's a bright, homely feel to working at Berwick. Set inside a beautifully converted house on Gibb Street, the campus feels warm and personal while still being close to Berwick Central, Berwick Station, local schools and buses. With extended hours and easy access, it feels practical and nurturing.
Inside, Berwick feels like a close community. Children learn across three indoor spaces and a large partly undercover outdoor area with a sandpit, herb garden, vegetable patch and natural climbing equipment. What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Experience within an Early Learning environment
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Passion for creating meaningful, play‑based learning experiences
- A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
