Our Perth Hub is one of Newmont’s regional corporate offices for Asia Pacific, serving as the coordination centre for our Australian and Papua New Guinea operations. Located in the heart of Subiaco, the Perth Hub brings together professionals from many disciplines – from mine engineering and projects to finance, IT and human resources – to support sites like Boddington, Tanami, Lihir and Cadia. Your Contribution

As a Advisor, Asset Management Work Process, you'll support consistent asset management practices across regional and global operations through process development, system support, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll contribute to improving asset management performance and business outcomes across operations.

As Part of Our Team,



You Will

- Assess asset management performance, reliability and cost data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop, implement and continually improve asset management processes, standards, system documentation and performance measures.
- Monitor compliance with asset management standards, procedures, governance requirements and associated SAP master data.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of asset management practices across sites and business units.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of asset management systems, tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prerequisites for Success in This Role
- Broad understanding of asset management and asset lifecycle management, with foundational knowledge of work management and continuous improvement in asset-intensive environments.
- Ability to identify, interpret and use key performance indicators to evaluate asset and process performance and support improvement planning.
- Knowledge of asset management systems, including SAP, and data governance practices, with the ability to accurately retrieve and input data.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements,



including ISO 55001 and applicable safety and environmental standards.
- Familiarity with data visualisation and performance reporting, supported by a basic understanding of financial accounting, cost tracking, depreciation and lifecycle cost.

Your Work Environment
- This is a permanent position with a versatile work arrangement based from the Perth office in Subiaco, Western Australia.
- Applicants living in another Australian capital city or near a Newmont Global Hub may be considered.
- You'll need flexibility to travel regularly as required to office and mine site locations, including international travel.
- Full and unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia is essential.
