What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the adoption and continued improvement of agile and product management practices across Commodities and Global Markets, helping embed our platform operating model across business and technology teams. You will partner with platform, product, business, technology, data and delivery leaders to translate customer needs into clear outcomes, prioritised roadmaps, well-managed backlogs and practical delivery plans. You will also take hands-on responsibility for administering and improving Jira, establishing consistent planning and delivery practices, strengthening governance and reporting, managing dependencies, and coaching teams to use agile ways of working to deliver measurable customer and business value.

What You Offer

- Deep, hands-on Jira administration experience in a complex enterprise environment, including configuration, maintenance and support.
- Proven ability to resolve Jira configuration, data and user issues and implement controlled, scalable solutions.
- Experience working within a platform-based operating model and connecting customer outcomes and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmaps, backlog management, agile practices and outcome measurement.
- Collaborative and practical communication, coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
