Climatic Air Conditioning is growing, and we’re looking for service technicians, installers and apprentices to join our team.

We’re an established Geelong business delivering heating and cooling solutions across residential and commercial properties. We care about quality workmanship, reliable service and creating a workplace where good people feel supported and valued.

Whether you’re an experienced tradesperson, an existing apprentice or ready to start learning a trade, we’d love to hear from you.

Opportunities available

Service Technicians Service, diagnose and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems. You’ll enjoy varied work, use your problem-solving skills and help customers get their heating and cooling working properly.

Air Conditioning Installers

Install and replace split and ducted air conditioning systems. You’ll work alongside our installation team to deliver well-finished jobs and a great customer experience.

Apprentices

Develop your skills alongside experienced tradespeople, with practical experience in installation, servicing and repairs. We welcome applications from new and existing apprentices.

Qualified applicants should hold the relevant qualifications and licences for their role. For new apprentices, previous trade experience isn’t essential—we’re looking for the right attitude and a genuine interest in the industry. A current driver’s licence is preferred. Relevant site checks and tickets may be required depending on the role.
