Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aluminium Fabricator to join our growing team on a Full-Time basis. Primarily working in our Elizabeth South workshop the successful applicant will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aluminium products to specification.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to:

- hand notch and assemble Capral Urban residential window systems,

- manufacture screen doors,

- manufacture flyscreens, and;

- manufacture security screens.

Key responsibilities within this position include:
- Measure, cut, machine, and assemble aluminium components.

- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and work orders.

- Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.





- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

- Repair and maintain aluminium joinery and glazing products.

- Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of materials.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors, tradespeople, suppliers, and clients.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in aluminium fabrication, glazing, window and door manufacturing, or a related trade.

- Ability to safely operate fabrication machinery and power tools.

- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Current driver's licence.

- Experience with residential construction products highly regarded.
