- We're partnering with a leading Australian financial services organisation seeking an experienced Analyst – Exposure Management & Rebalancing to support a significant investment transformation initiative.

/n

- This role will play a key part in shaping the future operating model for exposure management and portfolio rebalancing, working closely with Investment, Operations, Technology and Change teams.

/n

- You'll be responsible for understanding existing investment processes, identifying business impacts and designing future-state operating models to support the implementation of current investment capabilities.

/n /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Analyse and document current-state investment processes across multiple teams and functions.

/n

- Support the design and implementation of future-state operating models for exposure management and portfolio rebalancing.

/n

- Identify and assess business impacts arising from changes to investment processes, systems and operating procedures.

/n

- Develop detailed process maps, operating model documentation, impact assessments and implementation plans.

/n

- Work closely with Investment, Operations, Technology and project stakeholders to understand requirements and identify dependencies.

/n





- Support the development of business cases and recommendations for proposed operating model changes.

/n

- Prepare change management plans, stakeholder communications, training materials and business readiness activities.

/n

- Present findings, recommendations and proposed changes to senior stakeholders to support decision-making and executive approval.

/n /n /n About You /n /n

- Strong experience within investment management, asset management, or investment operations is essential.

/n

- Proven experience in business analysis, investment transformation, process improvement or operating model design.

/n

- Demonstrated ability to analyse current-state processes and develop practical future-state operating models.

/n

- Experience conducting business impact assessments and supporting the implementation of operational change.

/n

- Strong understanding of investment processes, workflows and the interaction between Investment, Operations and Technology teams.

/n

- Exposure to portfolio management, exposure management, rebalancing or investment platforms would be highly regarded.

/n

- Experience developing process maps, change communications, stakeholder presentations and training documentation.

/n

- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly.
