We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Chef to join the team at the Albion Hotel, located in Kyneton, Victoria.

As an Apprentice Chef, you will learn and develop your skills across all aspects of kitchen operations, working alongside our experienced kitchen team in a busy hospitality environment.

This is a full time or part-time position, with flexibility for the right applicant. You will need to be available to work weekends and evenings.

As an Apprentice Chef at the Albion Hotel, you will have the opportunity to:

- Learn and develop practical commercial cookery skills.
- Gain hands-on experience across all areas of the kitchen.
- Master the fundamentals of the kitchen, from butchering quality cuts and preparing fresh seafood to crafting show-stopping desserts, all under the guidance of qualified chefs who are passionate about their craft
- Work alongside experienced chefs and kitchen staff.




- Develop valuable skills and experience for a rewarding career in hospitality.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, keen to learn and passionate about pursuing a career in the hospitality industry. Experience is not required. We provide full on-the-job training (No campus attendance is required, as TAFE trainers conduct scheduled on-site visits to handle training and assessments directly here at The Albion Hotel.)
