Isadraulics is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, mechanically minded person to join our team and start a trade career. Whether you’re in our workshop or out in the field, you’ll be supported by experienced mentors and a team that invests in your development.
No two days are the same. We want someone who’s ready to roll their sleeves up and grow with us.
This role is part of the Elevate Apprenticeship Program, Questas Group’s structured pathway for people who want to build a serious trade career. You’ll earn a wage from day one while working toward a nationally recognised qualification, with a clear pathway into leading hand, supervisor or branch manager roles as you develop.
Your Responsibilities

- Learn the skills of your trade through hands-on work and structured training
- Complete your apprenticeship training and work toward your qualification
- Keep your work area protected and tidy, and follow all safety procedures
- Ask questions, take on feedback and build your skills every day
About You

- Minimum Year 10 High School Certificate
- A passion for mechanical or technical work
- Strong initiative, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
What’s In It For You
- Elevate Apprenticeship Program: earn while you learn and graduate with a nationally recognised qualification
- Career development, with a focus on promoting from within
- A healthy work-life balance
- Salary packaging options, novated leasing and discounts at everyday stores
- $1,000 referral bonus
- 8 weeks paid parental leave plus 1 week secondary carer leave
