About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Non-Hot Metals Lead Execution Planner to support a major shutdown and turnaround project. This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated execution schedules across pre-shutdown, shutdown, and post-shutdown phases, ensuring successful project delivery through effective planning, forecasting, and stakeholder coordination.

Duties and responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrated execution schedules for shutdown activities.





- Prepare detailed feeder and breakout schedules for key workstreams.

- Coordinate planning activities with project and execution teams.

- Monitor schedule performance and provide progress reporting.

- Conduct critical path analysis and schedule forecasting.

- Identify schedule risks and support mitigation strategies.

- Support change management and maintain planning documentation.

Skills and experience required

- Extensive planning and scheduling experience on major industrial projects.

- Proven brownfields shutdown or turnaround project experience.

- Strong proficiency using Primavera P6.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project reporting tools.

- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Ability to work within project controls and governance frameworks.
