You & All first launched through it's sister site, Ally Fashion, and now has 10+ retails stores across Australia and a thriving online store shipping worldwide.

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to lead our You & All stores across South and West Sydney.

Experience in a similar multi-site management role is essential. Applicants must hold a valid driver's licence, have access to their own vehicle, and be willing to travel regularly throughout the region.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing high-performing store teams, and ensuring operational excellence across your region. You will lead, coach, and support Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving business objectives.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent people management skills, and a passion for retail.

What Your Day Will Involve

- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams across multiple locations.
- Drive sales growth and ensure stores achieve or exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Analyse business performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability and productivity.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across the region.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high visual merchandising standards.




- Train and support teams in stock management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Oversee roster management to ensure labour budgets and operational requirements are met.
- Monitor and manage operational expenses within budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Build a positive, high-performance culture that reflects the You & All brand.

What We Are Looking For

- Previous experience in a multi-site retail leadership role, preferably within fashion retail.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve KPI targets.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Experience in recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the South and West Sydney region.
