Your New Position

As an Area Manager / Franchise Business Consultant, you’re energetic, commercially savvy and ready to take your career to the next level! You thrive on building relationships, driving results and working side-by-side with Franchise Partners to grow successful businesses.

You will be responsible for:

- Driving sales, profitability and performance across NSW stores, including regional locations.

- Partnering with Franchise Partners to execute business strategies and unlock growth opportunities.

- Supporting exciting new store openings across our growing network.

- Conducting store audits and delivering hands-on coaching to lift performance and standards.

- Championing compliance with WHS, Fair Work, Food Safety and operational standards.

- Driving local area marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement.

- Building strong, lasting relationships with Franchise Partners and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You’re a driven,



results-focused professional with a passion for food, coffee and developing people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a challenge and are ready to make your mark with a growing brand. You’re flexible, hands-on and know what it takes to help Franchise Partners succeed.

What you’ll bring:

- 1–3 years’ experience in multi-site operations or franchising.

- A strong background in hospitality, food and beverage.

- Proven success in driving sales, achieving KPIs and maximising profitability.

- Exceptional relationship-building, coaching and organisational skills.

- Confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to travel across NSW, including occasional interstate travel.

- Ability to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
