Bus Manufacturing & Assembly Workers – Multiple Positions | Rocklea

Our client, a growing and well established business within the transport manufacturing industry, is expanding its team in Rocklea and is seeking experienced, hands-on individuals to join their bus manufacturing operation. With multiple opportunities available across various departments, we are looking for skilled tradespeople, experienced assemblers and mechanically minded production workers to contribute to the construction and assembly of transport buses.

Positions Available Across Multiple Departments:

- Mechanical Assembly: Mechanical fitting, chassis preparation, component installation and vehicle assembly.
- Electrical Assembly: Automotive wiring, electrical installations, lighting and system testing.
- Panel Fitting & Preparation: Fibreglass panels, bodywork, trimming, sanding and surface preparation.
- Glazing: Installation of windscreens, windows and glass components.
- Interior Fit-Out: Installation of seating, handrails, flooring, trims and interior components.
- General Production & Assembly: Workshop assistance, material preparation, drilling, cutting, grinding and general assembly duties.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in any of these fields: manufacturing, automotive, transport, construction or a similar hands-on environment.
- Relevant trade qualifications or practical industry experience, depending on the position.
- Confidence using workshop hand tools and power tools.




- Ability to follow technical instructions, drawings and assembly procedures.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- A positive attitude, reliable work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be able to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol (D&A;) screening.

Important Location Information The operation will initially be based in Rocklea, with plans to relocate to Yatala in approximately six months. It is essential that applicants have reliable transport and can comfortably commute to both locations. Please consider the future relocation to Yatala before applying, as the successful candidates must be able to commute to the new site with ease.
