About the Company Our client is a privately owned residential construction company specialising in residenital communities across Queensland and NSW. Currently an opportunity exists for an Assistant Building Supervisor / Finishing Foreman to join the team! Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Site Manager with hitting project deadlines and milestones
- Assisting with coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and materials
- Assisting with quality control and WHS checks
- Defect management and post handover coordination





Skills and Experience This is an exciting chance for an individual looking for an opportunity to join a reputable business in a full time position off the tools. Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

- Carpentry Trade qualified
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eager to progress into a Supervisor position off the tools!
- Safety and quality focused!
