The Prospect & How You Will Make An Impact.

As an Assistant Development Manager in our Development Advisory team, you'll play a key role in delivering complex urban development projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of our development management capability.

Working across project delivery and strategic advisory, you'll help coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage projects through key stages and support clients to navigate complex development opportunities. Alongside project delivery, you'll have the opportunity to develop your advisory, client management and leadership skills, support junior team members and contribute to business unit initiatives, training and continuous improvement.

As an Assistant Development Manager, every day is different! You will:

- Drive high-impact development projects, delivering innovative planning outcomes that create lasting value.
- Build trusted relationships with major developers, government leaders, industry bodies and community stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice on project feasibility, risk, optimisation and urban policy to influence Australian property development.
- Identify new business opportunities, contributing to proposals, pitches and the continued growth of the business.
- Lead projects and mentor junior talent,



managing budgets, governance and quality while fostering a collaborative team culture.

In Addition To

Yours, We're Keen To Connect With You If You Bring The Following Experiences And Attributes

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Property Development, Property Law or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, development, consulting or a related field, including relevant graduate or internship experience.

- Solid understanding of the property development lifecycle, including State planning and development approval processes, construction documentation and sequencing.
- Demonstrated project and contract management capability, including managing multiple projects, budgets, programs, resources, invoicing and competing priorities within agreed timeframes.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience undertaking research, development analysis and feasibility assessment, and translating complex findings into clear advice for clients.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project;

experience with Power BI is advantageous.





- A wiliness to travel for assignments and client matters, where required, is a pre-requisite.
