Francis Venues is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Berwick Springs Hotel!

ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with experience in the Hotel and Club industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Previous management or supervisory experience in the Hotel or Club industry.

- Strong experience across Bistro, Gaming and Wagering departments.

- Excellent communication, leadership and people skills.

- Ability to train, motivate and support a team.





- Sound knowledge of AML/CTF compliance requirements.

- A positive, dedicated and hands-on approach.

- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge and experience in bar operations.

- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

- Current RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate.

- TAB Cash Control and relevant Gaming Licence.

- Additional hospitality qualifications will be highly regarded.
