Picture Church Street's Eat Street on a Friday night. Every booth is packed, the beers are pouring and 14 house-made wing flavours are flying out of the kitchen. It's polished like a proper restaurant and loud like your favourite pub. And right in the middle of it, running the floor like a pro? That's you.

- Turning guest feedback, in person and online, into five-star moments
- Running bookings, big groups and functions like clockwork
- Keeping food safety, WHS and compliance tight
- Pitching ideas that lift sales, service and team morale
? You're the one if you've got
- Supervisor or assistant manager experience in a busy, high-volume venue
- A cool head when the dockets are stacking up
- Excellent spoken and written English, because you'll be the voice of the venue with guests, the team and head office
- Confidence with POS, online ordering platforms, email and Excel
- A current NSW RSA and First Aid certificate
- Full Australian work rights
