Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales operations and overall management of the new car department.
- Supervise and support the new car sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring sales staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, vehicle merchandising, and lot presentation.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by promoting a customer-first culture.
- Handle customer escalations and assist with closing deals when necessary.
- Analyse sales performance data and report to direct manager.
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturer incentives, dealership promotions, and finance options.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance to ensure smooth deal flow.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies.
- Stay updated on current vehicle models, features, and market trends.




- Ensure sales team aware of their ongoing run rate on a weekly basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in automotive sales management (EV experience highly valued).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to exceed targets .
- Deep understanding of EV market trends, incentives, and technologies .
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales metrics, CRM tools, and reporting .
- Passion for sustainability and the future of electric mobility.
- Must hold a current and valid driver license.
- Mandarin language ability will be highly regarded.
