What You'll Do

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the successful launch and ongoing performance by:

- Partnering with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing team.
- Creating an exceptional customer experience that reflects the energy and excitement of the Bath & Body Works brand.
- Driving sales performance, retail KPIs and store profitability.




- Coaching and developing team members through regular feedback and in-the-moment leadership.
- Supporting rostering, workforce planning and labour productivity.
- Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Managing inventory, stock accuracy and loss prevention processes.
- Supporting the store through key trading periods, promotional events and new product launches.
- Helping establish a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture from day one.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous Assistant Store Manager experience in retail, hospitality or another service-driven environment.
- Experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, specialty retail or other customer-focused sectors.
- A proven ability to drive sales performance and retail KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent organisational and operational capability.
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the shop floor.
- A genuine passion for customer experience and the Bath & Body Works brand.
- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
