We are a Australian-owned family business operating over 40 stores in Eastern Australia. /n We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager available to work weekdays and weekends in our Jindalee location. /n /n /n About the Role /n The role requires people who are confident with People, Products and the Sales Process. /n Requirements for this role are to –

/n • Maintain a high level of sales to achieve store targets;

/n • Be available to work weekdays and weekends.

/n • Be well presented and a competent communicator with the customers and sales team.

/n /n Skills and Experience

/n • Exceptional selling skills and the ability to build repeat business;





/n • A proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs;

/n • High attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills;

/n • Proven retail experience within a furniture/bulky goods retail environment;

/n • Competent computer and literacy skills;

/n • Interior Design/Decorating background and experience a benefit.
