Ready to lead on the right side of the market?
Are you an experienced commercial real estate professional who wants to advise tenants without conflict, and help build a growing Melbourne team?
Tenant CS is seeking an Associate Director – Consultant to join our Melbourne office. You’ll run senior client mandates end to end, generate new business in the Melbourne market, and help develop the next generation of Tenant CS consultants.
What is a Tenant Representative?
A Tenant Representative is a corporate real estate advisor dedicated to serving the interests of commercial tenants.
Tenant CS exclusively represent tenants in their real estate decisions – helping them secure, negotiate, and optimise their office or industrial portfolio, without conflicts of interest with landlords. In 2025 alone we saved our clients $62M alone, giving them an ROI of $16 for every $1 invested in us.
Independent and commission-neutral, we take the time to understand how a company operates, where it’s headed, and what truly matters to its people.
From testing the full market to uncovering off-market, assignment, and sublease opportunities, we explore every viable option and cut through the noise to deliver practical, strategic advice. The result: real estate decisions that support long-term business success, not short-term wins.
