As an Associate Adviser at Tribeca, you’ll work closely with our advisers, gaining genuine client exposure and playing a hands-on role in delivering the strategies and experiences that support our clients through the moments that matter most.

Key responsibilities

You will

- Attend client meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
- Prepare advice briefs, capturing client goals and key meeting outcomes
- Build knowledge across multiple advice areas including superannuation, investments, insurance, and cashflow
- Collaborate closely with Lead Advisers, Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Client Experience team
- Adapt quickly and manage priorities in our energetic, fast-paced environment

About You

You are

- Passionate about financial advice and helping people live their Good Life
- Curious and proactive, always wanting to learn and improve
- Detail-oriented, organised, and confident communicating with clients
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive culture
- Energised by fast-paced environments and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Progressing toward (or already hold) relevant financial planning qualifications
