Key Responsibilities

Automation Testing

- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Automate end-to-end test scenarios for web applications.
- Develop reusable functions, page objects and test utilities.
- Execute automated regression, smoke and functional test suites.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve automation script failures.

Playwright Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Playwright Test.
- Work with Playwright locators, selectors and assertions.
- Implement browser automation across Chromium, Firefox and WebKit.
- Handle alerts, pop-ups, frames, dropdowns and multiple browser windows.
- Implement screenshots,



video recordings and trace analysis.
- Work with fixtures, hooks, annotations and parallel execution.
- Implement Page Object Model (POM) framework.

API Automation Testing
- Develop API automation scripts using Playwright API testing capabilities.
- Validate REST APIs, HTTP status codes, headers and response payloads.
- Perform positive and negative API testing.
- Validate JSON responses and backend integrations.
