As a Parts Interpreter , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive parts department. What you'll be doing

1. Responding to our service departments inquiries and providing accurate information about automotive parts and accessories
2. Assisting our service departments in locating and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are properly stored and organised
4. Collaborating with the sales team to provide seamless support and enhance the customer experience
5. Participating in regular training to stay up-to-date with new products and industry developments
6. Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the parts department

What we're looking for

1. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components, with a keen eye for detail
2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly identify and meet customer needs
3. Proficiency in using parts catalogues, inventory management systems,



and other relevant software
4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues
5. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment
6. Relevant experience in an automotive parts with OEM or After market ESSENTIAL
