About the role

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting. These are dedicated new business development roles, working alongside experienced Sales Agents to identify opportunities, qualify prospects and secure high-quality appointments.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and engage business owners, CFOs, IT Managers, Business Managers and other key decision-makers
- Conduct professional outbound B2B prospecting calls
- Identify existing print suppliers, equipment fleets, contract expiry dates and potential business requirements
- Qualify opportunities and secure appointments for our senior Sales Agents
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective customers
- Conduct professional follow-up campaigns through telephone and email
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect information
- Work closely with Sales Agents and Team Leaders to maximise conversion opportunities

About you

- Previous successful outbound B2B prospecting experience is essential




- A proven track record in B2B appointment setting, lead generation or sales development
- Confidence engaging senior business decision-makers over the telephone
- Excellent communication, questioning and objection-handling skills
- Experience researching businesses and identifying commercial opportunities
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- The discipline to work independently and consistently deliver agreed activity and performance targets
- A reliable, qualified approach and genuine commitment to being part of a team
- A results-driven mindset and motivation to earn performance-based incentives
